Back in 2005 Diana Luoma was a school teacher in Utah working on a Masters in Business Administration. The move to Idaho and the factoring industry was the best professional move she ever made. She has also started two other factoring companies and a construction lending company. D&S Factors\Treasure Valley Factors is one of the largest privately held companies in the State of Idaho.
